Overview
Easyriders has 55 years of V-twin authority and one of the most recognizable brands in motorcycle culture. This proposal brings that brand to life on social media with consistent, high-quality content: reels, carousels, and static posts built to drive engagement, grow the audience, and funnel followers into the subscription archive.
We handle everything: strategy, creative, scheduling, and platform management. You stay focused on the brand. We stay focused on the feed.

CRM Setup & Platform Connections
We build a dedicated CRM subaccount exclusively for Easyriders. This becomes the operating hub for all social media activity: scheduling, publishing, inbox management, and reporting, all in one place.
Platforms Connected
Instagram • Facebook • TikTok • YouTube • X (Twitter) • LinkedIn • Pinterest. All available platforms connected at setup. You retain full ownership of all accounts and credentials.
The CRM subaccount also houses your social content calendar, approval workflows, and performance reporting. Your Marketing Lead operates from inside this hub so all activity is tracked, auditable, and visible to you at any time.
How the Engagement Works
1
Onboarding & CRM Setup
We configure your CRM subaccount, connect all social platforms, document your brand voice and visual standards, and schedule an onboarding session with your Marketing Lead. Timeline: Week 1.
2
Content Calendar & Asset Collection
Your Marketing Lead builds Month 1's content calendar and shares it in your portal for review. We collect any stock footage, recorded video, photography, and brand assets from you to begin production. Timeline: Week 2.
3
Creative Production
The creative team produces reels, carousels, and static posts against the approved calendar. All content is reviewed and approved before it goes live. You can request revisions at this stage.
4
Publish & Manage
Content goes live on schedule across all connected platforms. The Marketing Lead monitors engagement, responds to priority comments, and captures performance data.
5
Monthly Review & Next Calendar
At the end of each month, your Marketing Lead reviews performance with you, identifies what's working, and builds the next month's calendar. The cycle repeats and compounds over time.
What We Need From You
The quality of social content is directly tied to the quality of raw assets. We do all the editing, design, and strategy, but we need your footage and media to make it distinctly Easyriders.
Recorded Video Footage
Event coverage, shop walkarounds, bike builds, rally footage, or any raw video shot on any device. Phone video is fine. We handle the edit.
Stock / Archival Photography
Photography from events, past issues, editorial shoots, or the archive. Any imagery that captures the Easyriders world.
Brand Assets
Logos in vector or high-res format, any existing style guides, approved fonts, and color references.
Voice & Content Direction
A brief onboarding conversation about tone, topics you want to champion, and anything you want to avoid. Your Marketing Lead documents this.
Note on reels
Short-form video performs significantly better when it features real people, real bikes, and real moments rather than motion graphics alone. We strongly encourage submitting even rough phone footage from events and rides; our team will turn it into polished content. The more raw footage you share, the better your reels will perform.
Optional Add-Ons
The core service is focused on social media management. If your needs grow, the following can be added to any month with 30 days notice.

Meta and TikTok paid campaign setup, targeting, creative, and optimization. Ideal for event promotion, archive subscription drives, or growing followers. Ad spend is billed separately at cost. Management fee quoted per campaign.
